Dina, I was blessed to have had you as one of my managers at Bankstown CSC. You were so loved by everyone in that office. You had a special way of making people feel comforted in your presence and I'm so thankful for the time I got to spend with you. Rest in peace, Dina. I will miss you

Beautiful Dina,

I am deeply saddened to hear of your passing, you were one amazing woman. Your leadership, guidance, friendship, warmth and humbleness was a true inspiration for many of us and especially me. You were my first child protection manager and i learnt so much from you. You dedicated so much time to your work and you were not only a manager, but a true leader who held our hand along the way and taught me so much. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to learn from you and believing in my, through my casework. I feel for your beautiful family and your precious children. I know how much you loved them. I pray they are given all the strength to keep going. Dina, knowing you was a blessing and I know your now resting amongst the angels - lots of love xoxo

Dear Tom, Ellisia, Alexis and Dina's beautiful family my sincerest love and condolences at this time. Words cannot adequately describe all of our heart break of loosing our beloved Dina.
We are all better people for knowing and being loved and cared for by her.
I will miss her calling me Coops and matey when we speak on the phone or in person. The amount of laughs til it actually hurt. I learnt so much from her in how to lead yet still be kind and compassionate but to always seek justice and equity for all. To listen more than I speak. To observe and let others be seen.
So many times I wanted to give up as it was too hard but she was there to listen and guide. Thank you Dina for being vulnerable with me too and embracing our weaknesses and being honest about the difficulties in life. I will live and work each day persevering and living out your legacy and you will never ever be forgotten. I will miss the moments I got to teach you or fix things you broke on your computer but will seek out others to show that kindness to.
My love and prayers for your precious family xxx love you loads, Coops

Dear Dina,
I’m sorry you had to suffer a painful end to your short life.
We were all better for meeting you, knowing you, working with you and loving you.
A wonderful practitioner and a truly inspiring woman.
You once wrote to me ‘trust your motherly instincts’ and this never left me.
God called his Angel back earlier than anyone imagined.
Your beautiful nature will always be remembered.
My love to you Tom, the girls and many family members and friends.
Forever in our hearts Dina.

You were such a great example of what a mother is and I loved sharing my experiences as a new mum when I first had my girls, you’re a great listener and gave the best advice.
