To Mary and family
My thoughts and prayers will be with you in the coming days and months. I have wonderful memories of my brother Sean from growing up in Cookstown, his visits home and my own visit to Perth when yourself and Sean came to spend time with me. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. Rest in peace Sean.
Love always
Your sister Dolores

To Mary and family,
Liz and I wish to express our condolences at Sean’s passing and are thinking of you all at this sad time. We send our love in wishing you peace and comfort as you remember and celebrate Sean’s time in the close family life you have enjoyed together.
I do believe that we don’t lose the people we love, even in death. I have no doubt that Sean will continue to participate in every act, thought and decision the Teague family down-under make, as I am sure his love and devotion to each of you, individually and collectively, has left an indelible imprint in your minds and memories that will sustain you in the times ahead.
I remember Sean as a force to all who knew him. As the youngest boy growing up in Cookstown and looking up to Sean, his big brother, aspiring to be like him in so many ways, in his ambition, his courage, risk-taking and even at times bloody-mindedness, not to mention his work ethic. I hope we all can draw comfort from the fact that he has enriched the lives of all of us who shared his space, both here in Ireland and in Australia.
We do hope that you can draw some comfort from this gentle poem, as Sean enters the next phase of his time joining with other members of our family who have gone before:
Don’t think of Sean as gone away
His journey’s just begun,
Life holds so many facets
This earth is only one.

Just think of him as resting from the sorrows and the tears
In a place of warmth and comfort
Where there’s no days and years.
Think how he must be wishing
That we could know today
How nothing but our sadness
Can really pass away.

And think of him as living
In the hearts of those he touched…
For nothing loved is ever lost
And Sean was loved so much.

With all our love - Greg & Liz, Katharine, James & Sebastian

My Darling Dad meant everything to our family and we are all heartbroken at the moment. Tomorrow will be a difficult day because none of us want to say goodbye but we will celebrate my brave father who fought his battle with everything he had, no one was more braver than my Dad. Dad was clever, funny and had an amazing laugh, I will never forget his smile. My Dad created a family of love with my beautiful Mother and I am proud of our family and that legacy.

At my wedding dancing to 'Butterfly Kisses' is a memory that will last with me forever, Dad holding my hand and saying "no tears, smile" I honestly believe he will be holding my hand tomorrow too as he always has. My Dad was special, unique and thankfully he was my Dad who I will miss every day of my life.
