Tom was regular visitor into our place of work, we had never met his family but we always heard of many fond memories of Sue the kids & his life in general. We know Tom missed Sue dearly & he enjoyed taking her on her last Campervan holiday. We had great chats & laughs over the years when he came in, he always had a great sense of humor. We will miss his visits but it’s nice to know he will finally be back with Sue. RIP Tom

Uncle, as you climb to the next dimension, I will miss you. You were my favourite uncle. As I grieve alone, many memories come back. I know you are proud I have traveled the world. Because of you and your attitude I have become a Toolmaker, Coastal Launch Master, and now a degree in teaching.

Your influence in my life has been great, often we don't know until we look back. I will need to find another Shannon as I am sure he will save me as he has done before.

RIP uncle, in time we will be together again.

I loved that dog Shannon, spent so much time with him, taught him many new tricks. He taught me many things as well.

  • Katy : Sadly I couldn't be there to see you off. I will cherish the memories I had with you & Nana, from the fishing competition, to finding steam trains & stopping for ice cream. Have the best time with Nana xx

Uncle, I will be there to send you off, thank you for your inspiration and inspiring me in that can do attitude. Some try and give up, others persevere and find solutions. From those teenage days after dad died you have always been supportive, when I walked your best friend, it was a joy. Those who know will understand. RIP uncle.
